Project description

This project aims to coat expandable polymer particles with graphene as anisotropic conductive adhesive (ACA) to create metal-free contacts to graphene electrodes. The goal is to improve radiation dosimetry sensors by minimal secondary radiation from metal elements for flip-chip bonding the components.
