Smart Systems Integration Master Class 2017

A two-and-a-half-day summer school given by smart-memphis consortium and Malta University. 

On Tuesday 27th of June 2017, in the sixt session: Modelling and characterization A, Fredrik Ohlsson from RISE Acreo will speak about "Modelling of the PZT based MEMS structures".


The smart-MEMPHIS consortium comprises nine partners across the value chain from universities and research organisations to a MEMS-manufacturer and both medical and industrial end users. The smart-MEMPHIS project started in December 2014 and will run for 3.5 years. The project is entirely funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 Framework programme with a budget of EURO 8.2 million.

The project is coordinated by the Swedish SME Silex Microsystems AB. Other partners include RISE Acreo, Chalmers Technical University and Linköping University from Sweden; Sorin CRM SAS and Vermon SA from France; Fraunhofer IZM and aixACCT Systems GmbH from Germany; and Spinverse Oy from Finland.
