minST - expert competence small functional components focuses on the competence enhancement of small and mediumsized companies (SMEs) within the micro- and nano systems technology.
After a successful evaluation in 2006, the programme is now financed until 2011, focusing even more on nano technology.
The customized courses of minST support both the technological and commercial inventiveness of these companies. Members of the consortium are Mälardalens högskola and the research institutes Acreo and Imego.
Acreo is in charge of the activities directed towards SMEs, and provides expert competence support in both commercial and technological issues.
