We develop materials and devices within the field of organic electroactive materials. The electrochemical devices offer some specific advantages:
- Low operating voltages; typically 0,5-2 Volts
- Printing techniques can be used to deposit the components on rough substrates
- High speed reel-to-reel manufacturing on flexible substrates can be utilized
Our facilities offer possibilities of reel-to-reel and large area batch processing.
We work closely with the Group of Organic Electronics at Campus Norrköping (Linköping University). They investigate basic fundamentals of electronic devices based on organic electroactive materials. Their main focus is on the coupling of ions and electrons as signal carriers.
