Sensor Technologies

Based on our general competence in optics and electronics Acreo develops sensors for a diversity of applications.

  • Optical fiber sensors are insensitive to electromagnetic noise, can withstand tough environments, and be embedded in different materials/structures, they are potentially cheap, and they enable distributed sensing.
