Acreo has a long experience from developing Microelectronics and Process Technologies based on various material systems and for different application areas. Among the more important materials are: Si, SiC, GaAs/InP and related compounds, glass, quartz and polymers.

MEMS technology
provides solutions to many different applications. Acreo has a special focus on sensors and systems for bio medical, RF components and technique for hybrid integration of optical components.

Electro optical device processing based on III/V compounds:
Acreo is working with process technology for the development of a wide range of components, such as laser diodes, IR detectors, spatial light modulators SLM.
