Clean room

The clean room at Linköping University has been the cradle for the development of Printed Electronics and Bioelectronics in Sweden. The lab is equipped with solid state processes, e.g. photo lithography, evaporation, sputtering, RIE as well as equipment for characterization, e.g. SEM and Dektak. Most of the equipment is fitted for large area processing (up to 24x24 inch). The lab also holds specific resources for the development of Printed Electronics and Bioelectronics.
