LibPCEP

LibPCEP is a C library which implements the Path Computation Element communication Protocol (PCEP). This includes functions for creating and reading PCEP messages among other thing. Included in the library is also a PCEP client, and a skeleton for a PCEP server. GIT and project tools can be found at sf.net
