Business Services

New technology can be beautiful by itself. But the real challenge is to transform technology into products and services that meet the expectations of demanding customers and clients. In today's global context, the integration  of new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into a successful business operation is a complex task.

  • How can we keep track of the dynamic development of ICT, be ready for the timely employment of new technology and meet competition with expertise and excellence in our business area?
  • What customer and market reactions can be expected with a new, modified or extended product or service offer? Can new market segments be approached?
  • How can new technology be acquired for inclusion in our products or processes and what needs to be done in order to access the technology?
  • Is the technology change feasible within acceptable pay-off time limits and what are the risk items?
  • How can the necessary competence, knowledge and skills of our staff be acquired and kept up-to-date?
  • What is the short term and long term impact on our business model and corporate organisation? How should the necessary changes be implemented?
